Villas are one, two or three bedroom dwellings in clusters of four. All are ground level and very private. Nestled among the beautiful trees and flowers on this property, the villas fall into two categories:

Resident requirements

At least one member of the resident family must be a student of Christian Science (membership in either The First Church of Christ, Scientist in Boston or a Branch Church). Minimum age is 62.

These do requirements NOT apply to guest houses.

Guest House requirements

Christian Scientists of any age may stay by the day, week or month for up to one year.

Friends and families of residents are always welcome as long as they abide by the no-smoking and no-drinking rules.
