Single story one, two and three bedroom villas are available, complete with kitchens, living room and dining area.
Included are buses to three churches on Wednesday & Sunday, lectures, grocery stores, malls, beaches and a variety of local activities such as museums, theatres, symphonies, etc.
Resident villas may be leased from month to month or a full year's lease may be paid in advance, earning a discount in the twelfth month. The plan includes lease and maintenance. Click here to see current prices.
You may purchase optional meal plans, either for all the meals of the month, or occasional meals. Lunch is a three-course meal served from 11:30 to 1:30. Afternoon sandwiches are available from 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. There is a discount for a full month's purchase of meals (approximately 20 meals).
Each resident makes individual arrangements for the following: telephone, electricity, cable TV. A carport can be rented for a small monthly fee.
A guest villa for a few days' stay would be a great advantage to you in feeling the special atmosphere here at The Willows. Take a little time to drink in the beauty, stroll the grounds and enjoy the wonderful dining room.
