Resident Villas
Choose your own perfect unit
Single story one, two and three bedroom villas are available, complete with kitchens, living room and dining area.
Included are buses to three churches on Wednesday & Sunday, lectures, grocery stores, malls, beaches and a variety of local activities such as museums, theatres, symphonies, etc.
Resident villas may be leased from month to month or a full year's lease may be paid in advance, earning a discount in the twelfth month. The plan includes lease and maintenance. Click here to see current prices.
Meals
A minimum of 5 meals must be purchased each month. Meals are $12 each Monday – Wednesday, $14 each Thursday and Sunday. A full-meal program is available for $240 per month.
Lunch is a three-course meal served from 11:30 to 1:30. Afternoon sandwiches are available from 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Utilities & Extras
- Each resident makes individual arrangements for the following: telephone, electricity, cable TV.
- A carport can be rented for a small monthly fee.
