Guest Houses Rates
Rates are daily, weekly, or monthly.
Current rates (as of Jan 2010 - subject to change without notice):
- One bedroom/one bath guest house:
- 1 person: $80/night
- 2 people: $90/night
- Two bedroom/one bath guest house:
- 1 person: $95/night
- 2 people: $105/night
- Additional person for either size Guest House:
- Under 12 years: $15 each
- 12 years and over: $25 each
All Guest Houses include:
- Fully equipped kitchens
- Linens & towels
- Weekly maid service
(provided the first Monday after the first full week of your stay)
Laundry
- A coin-operated laundry for personal items is located close to the Guest Houses. Laundry soap is available.
Optional (request when booking):
- Cable TV
- Telephone: Please use your credit card when making long distance calls.

Check out time: 12 Noon
Transportation
The Office Manager can arrange transportation to and from the John Wayne Airport (SNA - Santa Ana/Orange County) and the train station in Irvine. Please discuss the details when you call to make a reservation.
