Can you believe it? We are into the holiday season already. I always love beginning the season with Thanksgiving. A wonderful time of year to remind us to be grateful for all the good we have received. I love making a gratitude list. Life at the Willows, including all of you, is a major part of that list.
We have made so many significant capital improvements, the trees being the last of that big expense. We’ll be doing the termite inspection in November to maintain the contract with them and will let everyone know when that will begin.
Mark your calendars for The Willows Candlelight Dinner on Friday, December 18. This is our one gala event for the year. You won’t want to miss it. Also, mark your calendars for The Willows Foundation Board Annual Meeting on Saturday, January 16 at 2 p.m. The speaker will be announced later.
Everyone seems pleased with the new system the gardeners are using as they progress around the property. They are doing a great job. Everything looks so neat and tidy.
Have a bountiful Thanksgiving, stuff your turkey, not yourself, and remember we serve a terrific dinner here on that special day!Sandy Toner
